Very patient staff. The dentists and assistants are friendly and work efficiently. They diagnose issues quickly and explain options and cost before any of the work starts. No pain! I was both a little shocked and pleasantly surprised. Today was my third visit - initial visit, multiple crowns/ fillings, and permanent crown installations. Getting 2 fillings and throughout the procedure I kept waiting and waiting for some type of pain or pinch from the drilling. IT NEVER CAME!!!! NEVER!!! My dentist was always checking on me throughout the procedure! She was ABSOLUTELY 100% AMAZING!!! The entire team is amazing!!! Guys I'm telling you..... Don't be afraid to go to the dentist. Technology is allot different now and MINT is without a doubt the best! Get those teeth fixed because I don't want to see your gums when you smile as you age! Recommend this place. I’m bad with names but the lady upfront was really nice and helpful when I went to ask about my dental insurance and book appointments. Then when I went for treatment, the lady that cleaned my teeth was super sweet and did a really good job cleaning my teeth. The place is nice and clean and I liked that they were playing Top Hits radio music. More

The staff here are pretty legit! Got my teeth done up nice and pretty. I had a little cavity but Dr. B worked his magic . Got a cleaning too! Enaam is the best :) Super sweet and gentle. 10/10 would recommend ❤️ More

Warm and welcoming staff make you feel comfortable and at ease. They were super friendly and helpful. The hygienist, Emaan was sooo gentle and thorough with the cleaning, I had no pain at all. She was extremely friendly and patient with me and did a great job with the cleaning. Dr. Khan was quick and efficient and explained the overall health of my teeth very nicely and went above and beyond to go over the Invisalign process. The tech Melanie was so sweet and gentle with the X-rays, imaging, and overall process and she was in communication with me the whole time. Overall a great office, great experience, and I’ll be back for sure! More

So I’m scared of the dentist. Haven’t been in 10 years. At first it was fear then I was afraid of being judged. These guys were awesome. Ennam the dental hygienist was so sweet and put me at ease, helped me not gag throughout my X-rays and was so supportive. The dentist was kind and informative and honest. Didn’t feel like I was being scammed. More importantly they put me at ease and I did not feel judged at all for how long I’d waited to take care of my health. Overall very knowledgeable, very kind and supportive and I’m looking forward to getting a cleaning without having a panic attack! More

I love how Dr. B and his assistant were able to explain to me that I needed to get a deep cleaning done and was able to explain what to expect from the procedure. I wish there was a better way to give them 10 stars but I would highly recommend them. More

Good afternoon thank you for an awesome visit on Saturday, December 10th. The extra step by the dentist to handle my cleaning as the hygienist had gone to lunch was special. In addition, she was awesome More

I've been coming here for 2+ years now. Mint is corporate dentistry its not the personal touch per say that you get if you have ever been to family dentistry. With all that said they do a good job. I have never felt pressured into having work done that might be questionable. In all instances I felt like everyone I dealt with had my best interest at heart. My only gripe has been is that treated like I was poor, signing away all my benefits. I had to have a deep cleaning rather than a regular cleaning and I was like fine $100 isn't going to change my life. Small cost for trying to keep my teeth in the long run. The front desk person had to come back and have me sign like 3 things before proceeding to cleaning and this was after several visits and with insurance. I had no insurance on my first visit and spent like $750 for x-rays, cleaning, etc. I get the caution but word of advice come up with a better KYC process. More

The team at MINT Dentistry | Carrollton was professional, timely, and informative. A momentary issue regarding insurance came up (new patient) and they made it easy to amend. In the office, they were quick to serve and easy to follow regarding options for improving my dental hygiene and overall health. I will be attending a second deep cleaning in a week and start the process for obtaining more functional, healthy teeth. More

Let me tell you!!! This place deserves 10 stars. I mean, I really don't know if there could be a better practice. The receptionists are polite, greet you with a smile. Take their time to explain everything. I had filled my paperwork prior to coming in, so my wait was very short. Right on time. They give you some nice dark shades while they work on your teeth. They have a beautiful and cozy work space, the comfort oh dear!!! The chair you sit in has massage option and it just soothes you. Everyone is great. I mean. They even have a TV and you can choose what you want to watch, Netflix or music. The pandora list is awesome. Felt like a resort. In fact, they give you a pack with toothbrush and paste after cleaning. The hygienist took her time to clean my teeth, there was a difference from my other dentist. I am glad I chose Mint Dentistry. I have now been to this location 3 times and I have enjoyed it very much. The staff is very friendly (I love Izzy!) and the doctors are all great. They got my fillings completed very quickly and were always making sure I was doing ok. I also love getting to listen to great music while doing one of my least favorite activities. I went in for a routine cleaning, was examined by the dentist who gave me a great report of no cavities yay me. The dentist came to inform me that the dental hygienist was running a bit behind schedule and if I didn't mind, she could perform my cleaning. Are you kidding me, I'd be honored. I was very pleased to hear the dentist would perform my cleaning. As I walked out I felt so privileged and thankful the dentist considered my time so I didn't sit idle waiting. This really is a fantastic office. I don't know that I would consider it "luxury", but it doesn't need any frills. They just do quality work! The free whitening, in office Netflix and music are perks, but not the main reason I will keep going here. I've had a cleaning, fillings and a crown done here. The staff are all very kind, considerate, and genuine. Dr. Sharma and Dr. George have both been excellent - reassuring and proficient. I have some anxieties about the dentist, but I have always felt safe and in good hands here. I definitely recommend this office! More

I had an appointment today at MINT dentistry in Carrollton as a new patient.I wasn’t expecting anything special because a dentist office is a dentist office.My appointment was for 8am and I was there promptly at 7:55. Che who was at the front door greeted me upon arrival however she was with another client .As soon as she was done she provided me a tablet device to fill out my patient forms. Now normally I dread this process but it was very quick and easy. Next, Tomasa greeted me and I followed her to the back for X-rays. She was super nice , she asked questions, and provided me answers for mine. She also molded me for my free teeth whitening kit to take home. Tiondra provided me with a little humor while I was there. Tuan completed my cleaning and my mouth feels wonderful. Last but very much not least SAMARI, she has a welcoming smile , humor, and went above and beyond to make sure I received my items to go. This review is detailed because they worked as a team to give me the best experience I have ever had. I will be back in six months and you guys definitely need to check them out ASAP.Straight superstar treatment.Yall keep up the great work. More

I love this dental office so much. I have very bad dental anxiety. I put off going to the dentist for 10 plus years due to anxiety and fear. I have overcome my fear of going to the dentist after all these years. The entire staff was so warm and accommodating. There is one person who I will never forget. My dental assistant Sarah that I had the pleasure of working with was wonderful. It takes a very special person to help overcome something that is so terrifying. She is that special kind of person that makes these events a lot more manageable. She was so caring and understanding throughout my entire cleaning. Omg! Nadira! Nadira was my tech and took such good care of me. I thought i was coming for a exam and clean but I had some cavities. Well she took extra good care of me walked me through the whole process and even held my hand. My Boy Billy did great on the cleaning too! But I can't rave enough about Nadira! I decided to visit the Mint Dentistry off Rosemeade Pkwy. The office is nicely laid out, and wonderful decor. They offer iPads, Beats headsets, water, have Netflix, Hulu, & Pandora available. The chair has massagera for your back built into it. Nadira was great as I have bad gag reflexes from kidney failure over the years. She was gentle in placing the equipment in my mouth to take x-rays and impressions for the teeth whitening. Nadira also was patient as my gag reflex was set off. I will definitely come back and suggest my family, girlfriend L, and friends visit Mint. More

Really nice experience! Everyone was very kind and polite, always introduced themselves so there was no question. They have massage chairs and the option to listen to any pandora station of your choice or Netflix or Hulu. They went over payments with me before my cleaning so there was no surprises. Kelsey was very helpful explaining all of my teeth whitening stuff and always made sure I was comfortable. I definitely recommend this place! More

I went to Mint Dentistry to get a cleaning, Makai was great! She has a good personality.. I saw Dr. Drew also she's amazing - my second visit I went to get my wisdom teeth extracted ?? So this time my assistant was Kelcey and Dr. Jason Kim. It was very fast and pain less. Kelsey coached me the whole time. Made me feel so comfortable! They work great as a team here and not to mention the front desk (my wife) is beautiful! GO SEE MINT! More

This was the first time I had visited a dentist in 12 years and well worth the visit. Karon the hygienist was very informative as was all the staff in describing my procedures and out of pocket cost. They do give you want they promise in the commercials; relaxing massaging chairs, tablets with head phones, a TV in the procedure room, and free teeth whitening. I am writing this the day after the procedures and have no pain today. Excellent bedside manners from the team. More
